He has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, manufacturing and product support of military weapon systems, and has extensive international marketing experience, specifically in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) arena. Prior to Madison, Selvaggio worked for Loral Aeronutronic and Ford Aerospace. He holds a BS in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama A&M. Phil Carrai Phil Carrai was the CEO of Ai Metrix, Inc., an innovator in network management software for government, telecommunication, and large-scale enterprise installations, before its acquisition by SYS Technologies, and then Kratos. He has 25 years experience in software, services, and media businesses, holding executive management and board positions in public, private, and early-stage companies. Carrai has served as a board member for Ai Metrix, Internosis, Ztango, Network Alliance, and Alabanza, and has been an advisor to many emerging technology companies in the national capital region. He received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and undergraduate degrees in Information Systems and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dave Carter David Carter is responsible for Kratos’ Defense Engineering Solutions business group. Carter was instrumental in growing the military business for DTI and Associates, which was acquired by Haverstick in January 2004, and is now part of Kratos. He had been with DTI for over 20 years and has seen this business’ revenue grow to nearly $60 million. Prior to working with DTI, Carter worked for ARINC. Public Safety & SecurityBen Goodwin Prior to joining Kratos, Mr. Goodwin was President of Public Safety, Security and Industrial Systems Group and Sr. Vice President for Sales and Marketing at SYS Technologies. His focus was on developing new products, markets and strategies. He plays a key role in executing the company’s strategic objective of developing a broader base of revenues that includes products and developing new markets. Prior to joining SYS, Mr. Goodwin held a variety of executive management positions. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aonix, a developer of software product solutions for the aerospace, telecommunications and transportation industries. He also served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for FinanCenter, a developer of financial decision tools. In addition, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Software Products and President and Chief Executive Officer of SofTech Microsystems. Mr. Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Millsap’s College.
