Training Services include curriculum development, aircrew training centers, and sustainment services. Curriculum development is the result of a rigorous systematic design process that employs theories of cognition, motivation, adult learning theory, and a criterion-based framework. Kratos’ Common Open Architecture enables reuse of the same instructional framework, simulation model(s), and core user interface logic.

When budget or time constraints preclude acquisition and ownership of a training simulator, training can occur in the Kratos Aircrew Training Center (KATC).  KATC training programs minimize lifecycle expenses associated with simulator ownership and deliver high-quality training. In addition to the KATC in Orlando, Kratos offers customized turn-key Aircrew Training Center of Excellence (ATCoE) options at the customer’s site with all necessary simulation systems, academics, logistics support, and expert instruction.
